To be eligible for a refund, UAE orders must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you received the parcel, including faulty products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
All Sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may choose to exchange the sale item for the same product in a different size or receive store credit for the same value of the product.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on Bodysuits.
For International Orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch note date. International return shipping charges, customs duties, and any other charges must be paid by the customer. If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our customer care team will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
For items bought at full price using card payment, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (card payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
